Galvanization refers to a surface treatment technology, on the surface of metal, alloy or other material coated with a layer of zinc to the purpose of beauty, rust protection and so on. In recent years, with the development of galvanized process, the adoption of the high-performance zinc brightener, galvanization has from pure protective purpose into the protective - decorative applications.
Galvanized products includes Hot-dip galvanized products and Electro-galvanized products.
Hot-dip galvanized products:
The mainly method for galvanization is Hop-dip galvanizing. Our company, BEBON has two hot-dip galvanizing lines and the product ability is 700000tons/year. The thickness for hot-dip galvanized products is 0.3mm-3.0mm and the width is 800mm-1830mm. Coating types includes hot-dip zinc coating and alloying coating. Bebon also can produce hop-dip galvanized goods without lead and surface structure is characterized by zero zinc flower.
